In 2003, Rui Zhiying, who had been working in a foreign land for nearly a decade, made a major decision: to return to her hometown of Bowang to establish a factory and start business. She purchased 10 acres of land to build a standardized factory and established "Hongtian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.", making a transition from a "guerrilla" to a "regular army". We have upgraded from "selling products" to "branding". In the short term, the annual output value has jumped to tens of millions of steps.

In 2009, Comrade Rui Zhiying was not satisfied with "guarding the stall" and actively responded to the call to invest and build a 12000 square meter standardized factory building at the intersection of Longchang Avenue and Yuncong Road in the North Zone of Dangtu Economic Development Zone. In April 2010, the first project of Huichai Group laid the foundation and installed equipment the following year with a total investment of 80 million yuan. Two production lines, single cylinder and multi cylinder, were launched, capable of producing 100000 single cylinder diesel engines and 50000 multi cylinder diesel engines annually. Successfully completed and put into operation in 2012.

Starting from the second half of 2013, Rui Zhiying actively planned the innovative development of Huichai . She organized investment activities and established investment cooperation relationships with supporting enterprises in Changzhou, Jiangsu and Laizhou, Shandong. In the first half of 2014, she selected a site in the southern area of Dangtu Economic Development Zone, north of Dachengfang, and planned to invest in the construction of the "China Modern Agricultural Intelligent Mechanical Equipment System Integration Center". In October 2014, it entered the construction phase and was capped in April 2015. It entered the stages of equipment bidding and supporting facility construction, and established Anhui Tianwo Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd.

Rui Zhiying, who has experienced market turmoil and setbacks, knows that only by competing first can she win market opportunities and take the initiative in development. She values the digestion and application of advanced technology, is willing to invest funds, and cultivate her own management and research team. She strengthens internal management, expands markets externally, promotes standardized construction, and gradually establishes a scientific and standardized management mechanism for production, sales, product quality testing, "three guarantees" services, and finance. At the same time, attention should be paid to the construction of corporate culture, promoting safe and civilized production and standardized on-site operations.

The established "Technology Center" of Huichai has signed a technical cooperation agreement with Anhui University of Technology to establish its own research and development center in the newly built project area, mainly researching and improving multi-purpose multi cylinder diesel engine products, and conducting technical development on small pneumatic engines. This marks a new starting point for Huichai's product innovation and technological upgrading work.
